This repository contains the chat bot project for concerns during smoking cessation

The application is currently running on: Booming

Prerequisites and installation

• Python 3.8.10
• Mac OS/Linux/Windows

Quickstart

• Clone this repo and cd to this directory.
• Create & active virtual environments

  $ python3 -m venv venv 
  $ . venv/bin/activate
  

• Install dependencies

  pip3 install -r requirements.txt
  

• Replace @”your google Oauth2 API key” with your google API key
• Run the application

  python3 ser.py
  

• Or, host the application ignoring HUP (hangup) signal

  sudo nohup python3 ser.py
  

  Usage

• login with google account
• Or, login with registered user id, e.g: http://booming.oscer.ou.edu/?uid=mfjix04y01
  find registered user id list here

Commands might be Useful

• list all listening ports and applications:

  sudo lsof -i -P -n
  

• list all process:

  ps -aux
  

• (disown) make process always running on the background:

  nohup python3 ser.py
